What’s the Buzz
Sessions
A session contains a day's worth of studies, all subjects that you choose will be included in sessions! Each session has multiple links which you must go through to complete the session. Each link will lead you to various Websites, Textbooks, Activities, Videos and games!
Tests
You will be given three types of tests at OurSchoolHouse, a weekly test, a monthly test and finally a semester test. The tests will be held for 25, 50 and 100 marks respectively. A weekly test will assess how much you have learnt in the past week, a monthly test will assess how much you have learnt in the past month and a semester test will assess how much you have learnt in the past 4 months!
Study plan
Every week you will be provided one session each on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The weekly test will be provided on Saturday and you can attempt the test either on Saturday or Sunday of the same week and you will receive the results by Tuesday. After three weeks of sessions and weekly tests like given above, the monthly tests will be provided throughout the fourth week.
Holidays
All national and international holidays will be considered a holiday. You can enjoy up to a month of holidays for Dussehra and a up to ten days for Christmas and New year!
Attendance
Even though you can study anytime and anytime you want, OurSchoolHouse still needs to take your attendance! Therefore instead of calling out your name and marking your attendance, we take it from the quizzes we provide in the sessions. If you attempt all the questions in all of the quizzes in a given session, your attendance will be marked!
Fixing bugs
Even though we try to make everything as perfect for you as possible, a few bugs are bound to exist here and there as OurSchoolHouse is still young and growing! Don't worry if you see one though! Just use the chat box on the bottom right to tell us where the bug is, and we will exterminate it as soon as possible!
